[Resolved]  Crizal — crizal uv lenses of my spectacles

I have purchase crizal lenses from ashoka optical house, jalandhar, punjab. He checked my vision himself for changing the number of my glasses and suggested crizal lenses for better vision. He charged rs. 3200/ for these lenses. Now, when i am using these glasses, the vision is blurred and i feel strain in my eyes and also watering in my eyes. When i complained him he is not cooperating. I feel cheated. Simple glasses were much better than this crizal stuff. I am enclosing the copy of the bill.

I ordered for single shade glasses and he supplied double shaded i.e. top of the glasses are dark and lower half is light.Secondly, the distance objects are not visible clearly and near vision is clear.Thirdly, when I wear the specs for more than an hour, I feel strain in my eyes and water start coming out of my eyes. These lenses has become useless for me.I gave enough of time to adjust my eyes to these glasses, but the problem persists. I have no such problem with other glasses which are much cheaper. I switched over to your brand thinking that it will be better, but the reverse have happened.

I have once again uploaded the authentication warranty card . please replace my lenses.

I am uploading the authenticity card given by Ashoka Optical House. Please help me to resolve my problem. Just saying resolved will not do.You have not solved my problem.

You have not resolved my complaint.You must replace my lenses.You are a brand of repute and your response to my complaint is not satisfactory.In case you do not act within a fortnight, I will file a complaint against you and Asoka optical house in consumer court for supplying substandard goods.
