[Resolved] Crizal — scratches in lenses after 3 months of purchase | |||
Dear sir, I had purchased a pair of specs of rayban frame and crizal preventia lenses in the month of june from titan eyeplus 358/1, n. S. C. Bose road, naktala, kolkata[protected]th Its only 3 months and i can already see fine scratch lines on both the lenses. Today i walked into this outlet of titan eyeplus from where it was purchased. I interacted with one mr. Saddam hossain at the counter and this gentleman quickly said then we dont know why it is so and as it is we do not give any guarantees against scratches. Now i have been using crizal lenses since the last 10 years and never had i faced any issues. So why the scratches this time..??? And i would want my lenses replaced immediately as these are very expensive and buying a new pair every 3 months is impossible. If you are charging close to 5000 for a pair of lenses in a spectacle, then they should last at least for 2-3 years Upasha sengupta Was this information helpful? | |||
