[Resolved] Crizal — scratches present | |||
I have been wearing spectacles since 10 years and i am well aware of how to take care of them. I recently purchased stepper frame with crizal fuv spectacles. To my surprise, there were cracks present after 2 months. I got tranferred to another city (From mumbai to pune) because of which i could never approach the shopkeeper. Its not even been a year and now the amount of scratches cause headache and i have to settle and find new specs even though i already spent a major chunk of money on something useless. I got a card stating it's a genuine one. The fog also reveal crizal written but rather than focusing on making the product fancy, if they could pay a little attention to quality, it would be much better Was this information helpful? | |||
