Crocs India — product doesn't meet its expectations

I have recently buyed a Croslite Clogs with Striped Midsole shoe type from nearest mall store at Lulu Mall, Kochi
i started wearing it to my office, it is really uncomfortable and my foot sore, paining and wound came.
Please give my money back. Since it is too expensive. I lost my money and health.
To public : please don't buy any crocs products...
