[Resolved]  Croma — air cooler

Dear Team,

Your technician visited home today. He waited for 15 min, after he leftthe cooler startee leaking

We called him to inform, he said he has gone far and would come in eve.

We called him again, now he denied saying, I won’t come, you lodge a complaint again and we would attend it tomorrow or day after tomorrow.

Such disgusting services and liar technicians have filled with you.

I really feel mistaken for choosing Croma over Reliance digital. Reliance digital has fantastic customer care service.

PFA bill of the voltas water cooler product i bought on 29th April. Got the delivery on 30th. As the product doesnt has demo no person had come to show the working .

I asked him to forward the call to senior cause i cannot accept a faulty product.

I asked him are you the senior ? if same ans has to be informed by senior he wont be a senior.. and this guy kept me on hold and disconnected call..

Such a pathetic guy, no manners to speak .. why do you hire such illiterate people ???

I paid you full money and I need a complete functional product and not a damaged piece.
