[Resolved] Croma — bought new soundbar remote missing | |||
Hi bought a phillips sound bar from croma store rdc ghaziabad. When reached home and open the system found no remote was there not any cable was provided. Same day that on 1st jan 2019 a lodged a complaint of it. I was given assurance next day engineer will come. I waited no body came i even visited store twice nothing fruitful. I didnot even got call from service engineer. Meanwhile i got call from croma customer care i told them the problem. Today morning i got message that my problem has been resolved.
