I am writing this to complain about cashback, which I haven't received for purchase on 25 January 2022.

I purchased an Apple iPhone 13, which had a cashback offer of 6000 Rs if we do transactions using the SBI CC EMI method. I was told that I will receive the cashback in the next 120 days.
Fast forward 5 months to June, and I didn't receive the cashback. I reached out to customer care of Croma with the issue. Every time I was given false promises that their team will reach out to me with a solution. Multiple SR requests were raised: SR[protected], SR[protected] but no resolution was given. My hours of time went wasted just reaching out to the executives and explaining the whole issue again and again.
After multiple follow-ups, I was told that I need to reach out to SBI cards for this issue. Fine, I contacted them, where I was told that I need to provide them proof of cashback offer. From where the hell, I would have provided that, because Croma hasn't added the offer details in Order or Invoice.
It's been 9 months from the date of purchase, and I am stuck, frustrated, and feeling cheated.
Expected resolution: I want to get my cashback of 6000 Rs, and I also expect some compensation for the awful experience.
Further steps: I look forward to a resolution from Croma as soon as possible If I do not get cashback from you within 24 hours I will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives. I can be contacted at the below-given details:
