Dear sir, I would like to bring to your kind notice that i have made a purchase of samsung galaxy s9 plus purple 64gb from croma.com on[protected] where the said product was supposed to be delivered to me by[protected] but till date i haven't received my ordered product after making numerous calls to croma customer support on [protected] and also mailed my concern to them i did not receive the product yet.
