[Resolved] Croma — complaining on the marathahalli branch bangalore for losing my gift card and returning me a redeemed gift card

I have gone to the branch nearly two times and followed up on mails nearly 10 times but did not receive my gift card back
... I had three cards with me and the cashier redeemed two cards and returned the third one back for me to redeem later... Now the problem here is he has returned the redeemed card and he kept the unredeemed card with him... Please could you help to reimburse 500 or get back my gift card
