Subject - Complaint no. BOF250418EW00054 not yet resolved With reference to the above subject, I would like to inform you that it has been almost 15 days that we have lodged our complaint but till date it has not been resolved. Unfortunately from last 4 days your customer care team has been promising me that with 24 hrs it will be resolved. If a customer buys a product from a store like Croma his expectation is that he will get the best service but unfortunately I am highly disappointed and have to think atleast twice before buying any product from Croma. If during summer season we have to wait for more than 15 days for service then what is the use of buying a air conditioner. Hope that the complaint will get resolved by tomorrow.
