[Resolved] Croma — Croma cancel Product not refund money

19 April 2022 06.14pm I purchase product Candy fridge and amount 8901rs deduct in my HDFC BANK CREDIT CARD but not generate any order id and any invoice.. I complain croma customer care.
20 April 2022 Time - 07.57pm 2nd time I purchase same product by croma. And croma generate my order id and I get delivery date 25th April 2022.

But Croma not send product and Cancel My Order 25April 2022 and i receive massage your refund initiate But Still Not Received My Refund Amount. This transaction made by ICICI Bank CREDIT CARD

Many Times We call Your croma Customer person Rohit sarma generate my complaint But Not Get proper Response. My complaint no. - SR[protected]
