[Resolved] Croma — Croma led fire tv

Dear Sir,
I purchased Croma fire tv 43inch on 9th August 2021 from ghod dod road surat, Gujarat.the technician come and fit the tv but he didn't start my tv (he didn't pair the remote from TV). I was call him then he come at evening after so many calls otherwise he didn't respond my call. He came 3times but not solve the problem today is 14 August after 5 days he didn't solve. From today he is not answering my calls
So, what we do in this situation.

Today, 16th August again that person was come and doing a time pass but not start my computer. I will file a suit against croma for after sales service.
