[Resolved] Croma — croma led smart tv display repairing complaint | |||
I had purchased croma Led smart TV from Croma store Mulund on 6/12/2018 it is in warranty and also I taken two year extended warranty. Suddenly on 24/01/2019 LED TV got some display problem and your engineer told us it is damaged and company will not cover the same in warranty. So I requested that repair TV Display and send me the cost for same but now ur customer care person told me they can't repair it I have to exchange it with the new one and need to pay 85% of amount. So kindly help me with the proper solution and repair my TV or replace in warranty. Was this information helpful? | |||
