I had purchased the following product and was promised free accidental damange cover / insurance worth Rs.4000, HP bag worth Rs.1700, free gifts worth Rs.1000 Item Code : 184112 Item Description : HP 15-R013TX Blk 38cm (184154) Tax Code : R3 Rate : Rs.39, 990.00 The only thing correctly given to me was free gifts worth Rs.1000, the laptop bag was wrongly provided to me which was of a lesser series of amount approx Rs.1100 when I confirmed it with HP, they said there was a better bag which was in the offer. The laptop when I removed it at home as I did not unpack it at the store, it already had a small scratch. CROMA IS A FRAUD COMPANY AND DOES NOT CHEATING AND WOULD LIKE ALL OF YOU TO BEAWARE AND NOT BUY FROM THERE.
