Dear Team,
I recently purchased a mobile phone(oppo f21) from Croma electronics store ( Borivali west ) dated Sunday 24 April 2022. The product is giving me issues persistently, to highlight few of them being overheating, rapid battery draining, the video quality is extremely poor and the camera performance is also unsatisfactory. In addition to this, even the calls are getting disconnected abruptly. All these issues are infuriating and adversely impacts the user experience.
The other day, I visited the Croma store and had a word with Mr Hanif from your team, to whom I explained the extreme problems that i am facing with the device, but the solutions that he gave seem to be more of a work around, for an instance to address the heating problems he suggested me to use the phone in the dark mode and he referred video quality problem to be some network issue which is ridiculous.
Its been more than 2 weeks but still I am stuck with the same issues. I was also promised a complete refund in case if the issues still persisted but all in vain.
I tried reaching out through multiple sources via chroma store or even I tried mailing officially but Mrs Manisha from your team is completely ignorant of the whole scnario and has not proved of any help.
I purchased the product owing to the trust i had in croma, but this experience has disappoined me beyond measures.
Mrs Manisha changes her statements everytime and her behaviour is also too impolite, all my efforts to request for a refund have proved to be futile. This type of service is not expected from a reputed brand like croma.
Again i would like to emphasize, I am not satisfied at all with the product and it is my earnest request that you help me with the refund of the same at the earliest.
