[Resolved] Croma — croma window ac 1.5 ton crac199 model not cooling

I have purchased croma window ac 1.5 ton 5 stars model no crac1999 from croma store indrapuram ghaziabad. Croma sales man suggested croma is product of tata but it is inferior product. It is not cooling by running even for 2 hr at 18°c, i have talked to croma store manager they told me to send engineer but still not send, and i want to return this croma window ac and want to take other popular brand. I feel very bad with croma brand.

I have purchased a washing machine from Croma Sector-22 Chandigarh .i was misguided and mis sold the product by Sales person and I have cancelled my purchase on[protected] and paid amt through credit card on 04-03-18 in EMI .But still not stopped EMI.
