[Resolved] Croma — defective refrigerator

I have purchased a lg refrigerator in oct-18 frrom croma, borivali west, mumbai.. Withing 5 months the refrigerator started forming excess ice to the extent that it jammed refrigerator door. Raised complaints with lg & everytime lg person came applied some solution but nothing changed after 3 to 4 visits lg person said that this refrigerator has some defect & advised to talk to croma. Raised multiple complaints with croma... After first complaint they again send lg perso to repair the refrigerator... But still problem did not ressolve... Subsequently two more complaints raised with croma... But no response received from croma. I feel they are running away from their responsibility as a seller. Already lg technicians attempted to repair the refrigerator but they are not able to do so. Now it us croma who has to act but no response even after following two complaints.
