[Resolved] Croma — delivery of faulty dell laptop | |||
I ordered an dell inspirion 3593 laptop from croma electronics on 18/8/2020. Innovice no. Sle001ec1374975. After two weeks it's keyboard keys stopped working. The expensive laptop is of no use without its keyboard keys. I contacted and complained in croma customer support. They are offering a repair in my product. How would i accept the repaired product which started giving problems in just two weeks. I want croma electronics either to replace my product or refund me my sum.
