[Resolved] Croma — extended warranty not provided for a.c.

I have registered a complaint for my a. C. Vide extended warranty complaint no. 333790 and croma service request no. Sr[protected] on 29/07/2017.

Till now once a technician has visited and said that compressor needs to be replaced. Now today on 05/08/2017 i contacted extended warranty team and they informed us that spare parts are not available hence they are not able to change the same.
This is shame on part of company like tata that spare parts are not available with them.
Please do not buy anything from croma

Croma product is worst product
again and again having problem no body is listening everybody is making fool even showroom team also.
need my money back i want to return this product.
please read all people never ever buy coroma product.
everything is bad.
