[Resolved] Croma — faulty laptops | |||||
Hello, I have purchased two laptops from croma, one on september 25, 2017 (Acer one 12 pqc) and the other on april 16, 2018 (Asus 14 e402na-ga022t). Both laptops worked fine for about 1-2 months. They have been on warranty. Both laptops have issues associated with the hard disk. The one purchased in april 2018 does not even start. I have logged several complaints with the customer service desk of acer (Case id: 2674078i, 2707864i). Yet, the issues do not seem to be completely solved even with technicians from acer. Purchased refrigerator and in case of issue, there is no support from customer care. Every time request is being closed without resolution. Service Request - DEL250418FS00787
