[Resolved] Croma — installed faulty ac - super general | |||||
I have purchased the above super general ac in the month of january, 2018. Now, first time, i have tried to open the ac on 16.04.2018 due to increase in temperature, but it did not start cooling. I have made a complaint on 17.04.2018 at 9.00 am and the engineer visited at my place on 18.04.2018 and stated that there is no gas in the ac and another engineer will visit. On 18.04.2018 i have visited their showroom at raddison blue, dwarka, new delhi and met mr. Daksh sharma and briefed him about the case. He assured me that the engineer will visit my place on 19.04.2018. On 19.04.2018 engineer visited our place at around 5.45 pm he checked up the ac and till 8.30 pm. He could not trace the problem and nothing has been done till now. I am sure that you have installed a faulty ac at my place for that i request you to kindly arrange to replace the same with the new ac at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||||
