Dear ma'am/sir, Please be requested that bought ipad at from croma igi t3 departure.1st july 6, 2017 2017 when reached my destination found it’s not getting charge and inform them same but unfortunately they advise me to bring ipad to croma shop i did same during my next visit ;and they direct me to go to apple service center when i went to service center they told me it's not under warranty i inform croma about that they said they will fix issue soonest as i was on short leave required me to back out of india drop ipad at t3 dep croma to fix it. Later when i follow up their response was negative. Kindly register my complaint and take necessary action. Thank you Was this information helpful? | |||
