[Resolved] Croma — mis-selling asus x541u laptop

I have purchased a laptop from croma retail, infinity mall malad.

Below are the commitments that were promised to me on my recent purchase :

I will get 2 yrs warranty extension at 999

.
Asus replied on email that, this purchase is not eligible for warranty extension since this comes under an institutional purchase. Malad croma executives were confident enough on warranty extension for this purchase and were interested only in making sales - fake promises to the customer

Updated by Garvz Update on this issue, after repeated follow up Croma however accepted the fact that their executives have provided me the wrong information and they will follow up with ASUS and get the issue resolved and they did their work but before I could make the payment for the warranty extension, I had to log another complaint with ASUS customer care to replace the laptop since the battery died just in two months of the purchase and ASUS assured to looking into this and provide me a replacement laptop however I cannot purchase the additional warranty since the warranty could not be transferred to replaced product.
After multiple follow ups on mail trail ASUS finally concluded that there was not complaint raised with customer care, warranty extension cannot be fulfilled since the payment was not made on the same date of email and they don't have a case ID.
Croma Customer Care closed the complaint without even resolving the issue.
This is the kind of After sales support these two companies offer.
