[Resolved] Croma — money deducted but transaction failed | |||||
I have tried to purchase SEAGATE 2TB HARD DRIVE through croma online store. I have used croma gift card of 5000 and netbanking of 999 rs for transaction. During the transaction the money from my account got deducted but the invoice did not get generated. I even got a mail stating the succesful transaction of rs 999 for the transaction immediately. When called for customer care they suggested to wait for 24 hrs. Till date no progress over the transaction. I have been calling the customer care of croma everyday but there is no progress over the complaint. They have tried to call me once but I couldn't pick the call since I was in a meeting. I have attached the screen shots of the confirmation mail from croma about the successful transaction and the transaction details from my bank website. Was this information helpful? | |||||
