[Resolved] Croma — no response | |||||
I have made request for servicing for 2 croma window air conditioners (One in service period and second as paid service) on 08.04.18 and regularly asking for the same but a single reply engineer will come today but no one come. I have no alternate to do the same job thru available sources in market and paid the money. But till today no response from croma. This is not good customer service by tata group.
