Croma has a cancellation policy of 7 days that they take to process the refund. The transaction was cancelled on 12th Sep 2022, so ideally it should have been processed by now but still it has not been processed. The voucher amount that I used was Rs 3000, which I have no idea by when it would be provided.
Every time I call the customer care asking the details they tell me that they are looking into the matter and they will call me within 24 hours. It has been over 10 days but till date I have not received a single call back from them.
I need the refund of Rs 3000 (Croma Gift Voucher) at the earliest, as i am not able to use the voucher code any longer.
