[Resolved] Croma — Order placed but product past it delivery date | |||
Order : Apple Airpods Order ID :[protected] Order date : 18th August 2021 Delivery Date mentioned on the website : 19th August 2021 Today 20th August 2021 : not yet delivered Croma customer support, an email to the grievance officer doesn't seem to be working. The customer support doesn't have any information, contact details of the store/warehouse where the product is going to be delivered from. therefore they can't even check the status. They see what I see on the website. The grievance officer hasn't even gotten in touch with me yet regarding my complain. The Airpods were suppose to be a gift for my husband and I was suppose to gift them to him today. Had I known the bad online service of Croma, I would have gone and picked up the product myself.
