[Resolved] Croma — ordered item online almost 15 days no response from croma | |||||
I ordered whirlpool refrigerator from croma.com on 20 sep 2018. I got a order no with delivery date by 24th sep 2018 4 pm. On 26th sep i started calling to customer care for delivery the status was ready to ship took a service request, but failed to ship till 28th, wrote on tweeter but no proper response, on 29th mr john from escalation team called and said product will reach you on 4th oct 2018 but its still failed no one has a proper reason and status. Never ever buy anything from croma.com very pathetic, ridiculous customer service Was this information helpful? | |||||
