[Resolved] Croma — policies promised not being delivered after sales | |||
Hi sir, i had purchased a samsung mobile from chroma and was promised that the screen replacement will be free within the 1 year base warranty provides by samsung. Recently the screen of my phone got damaged reported the same to customer care they told me that there is no such policy on this device, contacted croma via twitter no positive response from their end rather they are telling that the screen will be replaced on chargeable basis worth 7k. Why should i pay that amount if i had been promised one year free screen replacement. Moreover, when i visited chroma helpdesk they sent out a gift card of 500 rupees, i guess they are trying to hide the misleading information provided by them.
