Hi,
I made a purchase for 7999rs in Croma online using my ICICI credit card. I later cancelled the order and the merchant confirmed that the refund has been initiated. It has been more than 40 days and I don't see the refund amount credited in my account. I reached out to the bank and they are saying the Merchant has not credited the refund money. Below are the details of the transaction,

I have reached out to Croma customer care multiple times and they seem to not respond to it. I have raised multiple support ticket which were closed immediately. I would like to get the complete refund amount for my purchase.
