I had purchased two O General AC in August 2020 both with extended warranty for which i had laid additional 11000. Thinking that i will get good service without any concerns.
But the poor service provided is a matter of concern. From last 7 days i am daily following up with their customer care as forst they registered wrong complaint. On calling again they corrected it then they did not updated the number requested and other issues like that.
Invoice is on another number
Whereas i had given them another contactable number that is [protected].
After speaking to Thakur pratham and a very dissatisfactory response i asked him to transfer the call to his superior and after holding the call for 8 minutes he came back and said that superior is currently not available. Ridiculous. Was this information helpful? |
