[Resolved] Croma — Samsung led tv | |||||
I had purchased samsung led tv on 25 june from gurugram store. I was promised it will be delivered next day. However the product did not reach me even till 28 june. On calling the call centre i got to know the product is not in stock. This was supposed to be a gift for a special occasion and i had purchased this only after confirmation that it will be delivered next day. The bill clearly states that product will be delivered next day. Call centre people (Shankar) could neither transfer my call to his supervisor nor did he give me the number of store or arrange call back from store. This clear case of fraud. Selling a product which is not in stock. Providing bill with wrong commitment. As per trai rules superior should be made available to customers. Full circle of fraud. You people have caused me extreme mental torture and embarrasement. I will be definitely forwarding the case to consumer court. Was this information helpful? | |||||
