[Resolved]  Croma — Selling old VS sony TV for 80000 Rs

Dear Team,

The croma chennai Mount Branch guy named Sagul Hammed billed a Sony TV VA panel for 80000 Rs through order number SOA[protected] Sony TV 50x80K VA panel, who will buy VA panel for 80000 rs. The sales guy not even intimated to me the Technology of the TV. but everybody expect this is IPS panel for these much of costly product. Nobody expect VA for this price range. Nobody intimated me from Croma show room and the sales guy asking me, i have intimate him. He dont know anything in this case. i have added invoice with this email. So take action againt him asap who is gonna cheat everyone .he is speaking rudley with customer.

Updated by MohamedAbdullah The complaint is not resolved yet and multiple try is not working . i never visited any croma show room till now, currently your update is totally wrong . so raised official goverment case on croma
