[Resolved] Croma — Still not delivered product | |||
I booked Lenovo Y50-70 (with several accessories) on 18-Sep-2014 after verbal commitment from Croma, J P Nagar, Bangalore executive (Delivery date 28-Sep-2014). After few days, I received a call from Croma that it is delayed by few days. I called store Croma executive (they said that he is Lenovo executive) and also talked to Store Manager. The store manager confirmed me that he will deliver laptop on/before 2-Oct-14 but I have not received any response from them yet. I called Croma Customer care and found that product is still not received. Unfortunately, in this whole process I found that Croma employees response is very poor/unsatisfactory. My problem is that I am losing my time and Croma is not confirming me whether they can deliver my booked products or not. Was this information helpful? | |||
