[Resolved] Croma — water purifier leaking after 2 services and ignorance for replacement

Worst service ever!!!

This is with my recent purchase of a water purifier on 14 october for which the installation was done in 2 days

The purifier started leaking immediately for which i had put a complaint but the service person were unable to resolve the issue for which i demanded the replacement of the product for which they denied

Post that the croma juhu, mumbai team has been overlooking my call putting me on long hold denying further actions on my complaint

They just share the different numbers i making me go in circles
