We have had the worst experience at croma, borivali (West) and will strongly stop as many people as possible from going to croma, borivali. Croma, borivali doesn't care about customer's time, money or dignity & is disreputing the tata brand. Based on the recommendation of your sales executive (Ms. Rushali singh), we booked a samsung washing machine on[protected] & also availed extended croma warranty. Full payment of rs.18941.20 was also immediately made by us. We were assured of both delivery & installation of the machine on[protected]. Accordingly, on 24-10-19, both myself & my wife, took leave from work & waited for the delivery. By afternoon, we tried calling rushali many times to check the status, but she neither answered, nor returned our calls. When we finally managed to contact the store through croma customer care number, we were informed that there was some issue with the delivery. We requested them to give us a status update by evening, which again did not happen. After waiting endlessly for your staff’s call, we again rushed to the store in the late evening on[protected] and discussed the problem with mr. Neeraj, manager (Mob. [protected]). He assured us that both delivery & installation will be done on[protected]. Accordingly, on[protected], when we called him to enquire by what time delivery would take place, he said that he would check and tell us. After waiting for his call endlessly, we only had to call him once again, when he informed that there was some fault with the samsung model which we had booked. We requested him to update us by when delivery could be expected, but since then i. E. From 28 oct 2019 afternoon right till today i. E. 1 november 2019, we have not heard at all from mr. Neeraj or any other croma staff. We are totally disappointed with your staff (Neeraj, rushali singh, abhijit jadhav) & the entire croma borivali west store. We demand immediate refund of our money along with interest. We are escalating our shoddy experience & ill treatment by croma borivali west to the consumer forum, jaago grahak, so that atleast in future, your staff will learn to treat customers with the dignity that they deserve.
