I bought a Samsung Television The Frame model from Croma ( Seasons Mall Pune). The sales speech for the salesman during my purchase was thatSamsung is giving a 3 Year warranty for
this product. I was promised by (MR. REVAN Chitariptra ) a 3 YEAR WARRANTY at time of purchase. I repeatly asked him about the warranty and he has assured me it was for 3 YEARS. They said that was the special deal going on at that time. When I asked them to give me something in writing they mentioned that Samsung has all the details and all I have to do is give them my Mobile number to pull
out the details. I would like to have a copy of my warranty for 3 YEARS ASAP.
For some reason The apps on the TV are getting frozen and this is the second time it's happening in a few months. Samsung support team are clueless in their chat sessions about anything, Its quite sad as you claim to be such a big company but are not taking care of your customers at all.
