The 20 liter geyser has given problem again. 3rd time in 1 year of purchase. Request you to fix the wiring that supplies power to the geyser asap. The current problem is that the wire that supplies power to the geyser is burnt. We have had no power fluctuations in the past 3 months, even then this issue has popped up. Last time, Insta care ( CG service vendor) in Pune took 2 months to resolve the issue.

My electric water geyser is not working since a week.
Its not switching on only. But I could check that the power is coming till the starting point.

This is under 2 year warranty.

Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest.
