Crompton Greaves / Cgglobal.com — complaining about water heater | |||
We purchased crompton swh606 ivory 6 ltr water heater set ge[protected] with inr 5500 on 4 december 2017 and it was mentioned that it is having 2 years of warranty. We found there is an abnormality in the month of november and we complained about the same to great eastern (433, garia main road) from where we had purchased the same. They took our complaint and sent 1 mechanic who was having very unprofessional behavior and told us in a very rude way that if you pressurize me then you have to make it correct when we asked him that what is the expected time that it can be rectified. His name is subham chakraborty. He told us that he'll be coming after 15th november and gave us his contact details. When the day passed we called him for several times. After calling him all time the person was unanswered. Hence we contacted service center of crompton at sonarpore. Here also we have not received any solution. 1 month already gone and still now we haven't received neither any call not any solution. And warranty will be expired on 2nd december. Can you please let me know is that your service to the customer? Does any customer is willing to chit chat with you guys without any reason? Do you guys really think that we do have so much time to keep on tracking when it'll be performed? I need it to be rectified that's it. Was this information helpful? | |||
