To Crompton greaves consumer electrical ltd. Mumbai Subject - failure of tower cooler time to time Sir/madam, I purchased tower cooler bearing number tac341-lacm1ql-001695 on 05/06/2018 from m/s anjana enterprises, purnia. Three/four times motor was repaired/replaced by your mechanic. But really sorry to say that it is again not working well. Cooling is not being done. I wish to inform that crompton cooler was purchased keeping in mind 'crompton greaves' reputation. I further request you to look into this matter and replace the cooler or refund the money.
