Crompton Greaves / Cgglobal.com — delay of replacement of crompton geyser

My geyeser was not functioning so i complain in your customer care no. And accordingly they came and check the geyeser. They told that geyeser was replaced and on 1st may we gave the defective geyeser to dealer. But till now we have not received the geyeser. How many more days it will take? Can you tell me. We are facing lots of problems due to this.

I have brought UPS and and getting issues from 2 week, when we requested for complaint.

Lokesh is came to picture and talking all worst way (i am not able to explain ).

Till the issue is not resolved. When ever we call he will keep phone ashed and not answering
