Crompton water heater that i had purchased from amazon.in an year back doesn't work for more than 10 minutes and turns off mcb in few minutes of operation.

I had raised my query with crompton support 3 weeks back and i am yet to hear back.

My complaint number as received from crompton support is [protected].

Please resolve the issue at earliest.
