Despite repeated complaints no technician is visiting us to repair our two defective gysers. A person named rakesh roy had come from your service centre named, 'service plaza' to check the problem when the first complaint, numbered [protected] was raised on nov. 7th. And charged us rs. 500 (Video bill no. 029 dated november 08, 2017) towards service charge but did nothing except assuring us that he would come back with the requisite spares after two days. It's been more than a week since then and we have neither heard from him or anyone else in your organization.in the meanwhile, i have again lodged a complaint at your call centre vide interaction number [protected] on nov. 11th. Which again is still unattended to. Given the same, would like to know by when can i expect a resolution to my problem?
