My order id -[protected]) a crompton greaves, and i received the product yesterday.after that i gave a miss call to toll free number and received an sms saying 5.1.17 between 4 -7 pm installation will be done like.product delivered to villupuram district-605108.yesterday one person came from villupuram this is his number([protected]) to my home and he told that plumbing work not done so he cant do connections.he put only two screw on the wall and he fixed that heater and he asked 250 rs.

Updated by Dr.A.Saravanan (Chemical) i have ordered (my order id -[protected]) a crompton greaves 15 lit SWH315E, and i received the product yesterday.after that i gave a miss call to toll free number and received an sms saying 5.1.17 between 4 -7 pm installation will be done like.product delivered to villupuram district-605108.yesterday one person came from villupuram this is his number([protected]) to my home and he told that plumbing work not done so he cant do connections.he put only two screw on the wall and he fixed that heater and he asked 250 rs.u said installation will be done by crompton like.only for two screw we have to pay this much money ah sir.plumbing work has to be done by us mean why we cal u to for installation sir.very poor by crompton.we wasted 250 rs for just two screw.i need to return back my cash
