Crompton Greaves / Cgglobal.com — service center is asking additional money of 2200 inr for replacing my storage water heater which is already under warranty | |||
I complained about the product in mid november about leakage of water from heater (Model solarium aura aswh1325). A mechanic came and told that the heater will be replaced within a week. Now when after a week i called them they said it will be done within next week. It happened three times and after that today they called me and said they dont have my model so they can give me another newer model but i have to pay extra money of approx 2200 inr for it. So my point is that when my product is in warranty then why should i pay money for it? And when asked them that will they give me receipt for extra 2200 i pay to them they replied no. I think this is way of fooling people and getting money from them by saying that their model is not available while when i checked your website as well as amazon my model is still available. When i called your customer care they told me to talk to service manager sumit kumar. I tried calling him 4 times on 4 different days and he didnt receive the call. When i again called the customer care they made me talk to some sales guy and then he again gave me number of same guy who was earlier asking me money for my geyser replacement. What kind of customer service is this? Its been a month now my complaint hasnt been resolved. Solve it as soon as possible. I didn't expect this from company like yours. Pathetic service. He took 1000 rupees and for putting a sticker for replacement. This is the way Crompton such an old brand operates. Crompton administration don't you feel ashamed of this kind of behavior from your people. This is not a new thing and you know all. Thats the reason the your brand loyalty is lost.
