I purchased a water heater on 06th Oct 2016 and loged a complaint in Mar2017 as its leaking.
executive came and asked me to replace the heater in 2-3 days but after 40 days no one is coming to replace, I logged a complaint in Crompton website and got a call from dealer that it will replaced in 15 days but nothing has been done.
