I am writing post to highlight the deficiency in services that i have received from crossroad. From the last couple of weeks i was receiving calls from crossroad regarding renewing of my membership for my car.in the end, i agreed to an offer provided by the executive kirti (Mobile no - [protected]) which provided 2 years of membership for rs 1000 and included unlimited number of services.
When the crossroad executive reached my home for collecting the money, he informed that there is no unlimited services and i will be entitled to only 10 services in 2 years. On checking again with kirti she said she will provide me unlimited services and told me she would confirm me the same and i will receive a call from her senior.
So, mr sayed (Mobile no. - [protected]) called me and told a different story. He told me that kirti has lied to me and there is no unlimited offer for me. However, he assured me that he will provide me 14 services in case i make the payment of rs 1000 now for 2 years and he even send me a mail to confirm his offer. However, he told me that it will take 24 hours to active this offer and i should make the payment now. On trusting mr sayed, i made the payment to the executive, however, its being more than 1 week and i am yet to receive the required number of services in the account. I have called sayed multiple times in the last one week and every time he makes some or other excuse that he is busy and will get in done in sometime.in the last 2-3 days he has even stopped answering my calls.
I am shocked to see that crossroad have hired fraud people like sayed and kirti or it may be that crossroad is itself cheating its customers. This is really an unprofessional behavior and the company is definitely spoiling its brand by indulging in such activities.
