Cross Roads — Double membership on the same car | |
I purchased RSA for 3 years in July 2019 but in personal records Crossroads deleted my details. 1 month back I started receiving calls that my policy had expired & they asked for renewal. I called the customer service & they also confirmed that my policy had expired. Believing them I purchased the policy. 1 week later I came across a bill of last year. Upon confronting they denied any refund. It's totally a fraud company, pls be careful.
