[Resolved] Cross Roads — refund not processing/amount rs 1414/date 7 jan 2019 | |||
On friday 4th jan 2018 at 8:40 am, i requested for road-side assistance for my car mahindra xuv500 (Dl 12 cg 9002) at panipat on national highway. I made the payment of amount inr 707 from paytm wallet twice but no service was provided; there was no confirmation of the rsa request from cross roads. I have sent them emails starting 7th jan 2019 and have even spoken with cs agents but they are not helping. As per them, refund should be processed within 45 days but its been 50 days and they have not processed it. Today, they told that they have not received the money and shall not refund the same. I have received the utr number against the transaction citin[protected] which means they are cheating and not willing to refund the amount.
