I have car helpline service for close to 5 years however, i have experienced awful service last time. I waited for more than 1 hour for someone to help me. My car broke down and it took more than One hour 30 mins to send help. Today (12th Feb 2014) I called them and infomred that I have sold my old car and bought a new card and would like to transfer remaining service on my new car however, Customer Care Representative (Mala) who actually does not know meaning of Customer Care straightway asked me to buy a new plan for a new car. This is no where written in their terms and condition. I strongly recommend this is worst car helpline. Was this information helpful? |
